Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-store pickup is available for All products and can be picked up in store if you live in the area. Pickups are available Monday - Friday Between 12:00pm - 6:00pm. When picking up your order, you must provide a valid I.D. matching the name on the order and be 21 years of age or older.
We offer free Standard 3-5 Day shipping on all orders.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
- Orders ship Monday - Friday Between 12:00pm(EST) - 6:00pm(EST)
- Must Be 21+
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
UNDERGROUND CULTURE is not responsible for any damaged items received by any carrier
We do NOT accept Returns at all.
In the event damages occur during shipping UNDERGROUND CULTURE will issue a refund or store credit under the following conditions.
- All pictures and documents sent within 48 hours from time received
- Buyer must provide accurate and clear photos of the purchased damaged product.
- Buyer must provide acuurate and clear photos of packaging to include shipping label
- Proof of purchase ( ie. Printed or digital receipt )
- All pictures and documents can be sent to email@example.com
